Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are non-returnable, including perishable items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:

  • A book shows obvious signs of use
  • A CD, DVD, software, or vinyl record has been opened
  • An item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error
  • An item is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process
Once a return is received and inspected, a notification will be sent regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund has not been received:

  • Check the bank account again
  • Contact the credit card company, as processing times may vary
  • Contact the bank for further clarification

If all steps have been completed and the refund is still not received, please contact us.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. To initiate an exchange, email us.

Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued upon return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns
To return a product, mail it to the address provided after contacting us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

For high-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as receipt of the item cannot be guaranteed.
